What You’ll Do
Advanced Wound Care & Patient AssessmentConduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control.Collaborative Clinical LeadershipPartner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.Multi-Facility Travel & SchedulingManage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.Ensure timely and efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.What We’re Looking For
Valid Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific)ANCC or AANP Board Certification1+ years of experience in advanced wound care highly preferredWound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plusReliable transportation and willingness to travel consistentlyWhat We Offer
