We are seeking a reliable, experienced Phlebotomist to join our team and service several skilled nursing facilities in the Boston area. This is a full-time position with regular morning rounds and occasional on-call needs for stat draws throughout the day. You’ll be working closely with facility staff to ensure timely and accurate specimen collection and processing.Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture, collect urine and other bodily fluid specimensConduct scheduled morning draws at assigned facilitiesEnter and verify orders in requisitions with complete accuracyPrepare and label specimens for laboratory processingDrop off collected samples at the lab at the end of each shiftBe available for stat draws during on-call hours after morning roundsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experienceExperience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings requiredProficiency in blood draws, urine collection, and other specimen typesAbility to accurately enter orders and complete requisitionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable transportation (travel between facilities is required)
