Responsibilities: + Lead and manage highly complex projects and strategic initiatives across multiple portfolios and cross-functional teams. + Drive integrated project planning, milestone management, resource coordination, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and executive-level status reporting. + Build and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, risk registers, action tracking, dependency management, and governance documentation. + Provide concise, executive-level communication regarding project progress, risks, decisions, financial impacts, dependencies, and required actions. + Coordinate and negotiate resource assignments with Engineering Resource Managers and communicate capacity and delivery impacts across stakeholders. + Ensure alignment between contractual obligations, scope management, compliance requirements, customer expectations, and technical delivery teams. + Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Testing, Operations, Legal, Market Planning, Sales, and customer stakeholders. + Manage client communications, executive stakeholder engagement, escalations, and expectation management throughout all project phases. + Oversee all phases of the product development and implementation lifecycle, from initiation through deployment and operational transition. + Identify delivery risks proactively and drive accountability across teams to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes. + Support operational optimization and continuous improvement efforts across project delivery, governance, reporting, and execution practices. + Apply structured delivery methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches, based on project, customer, and organizational needs. + Operate effectively within fast-moving environments where priorities, requirements, and timelines may evolve. + Perform all other duties as assigned What Success Looks Like Successful candidates for this role are strategic delivery leaders who bring structure, accountability, and clarity to highly complex initiatives.
