Job Details:Rellim Kid Kare Konnect is seeking an energetic, personable, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to help grow our childcare staffing platform by engaging childcare professionals and childcare center owners. This individual will assist with marketing campaigns, social media outreach, lead generation, and applicant engagement while representing the Rellim Kid Kare Konnect brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with teachers, directors, and childcare center owners, answering questions about the platform, providing basic consulting and guidance on the hiring process, and encouraging applicants to complete their profiles.
Responsibilities also include following up with leads, assisting with marketing events, helping create promotional content, supporting customer onboarding, and maintaining positive relationships with childcare professionals throughout their hiring journey.
The successful candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable using social media and technology, possess basic marketing knowledge, and have a passion for helping connect qualified childcare professionals with quality child care centers.
