As part of our Quality Management (QM) Clinical Support Team, you will play a vital role in supporting Behavioral Health Clinical Quality Analysts across multiple aspects of Quality of Care (QOC) investigations. In this role, you will help manage the internal QOC database; create, track, and file medical record retrievals; request and obtain medical examiner reports; and partner with providers to collect investigation responses. This work directly supports critical quality oversight efforts while offering meaningful opportunities for professional growth as you do your life's best work. This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. May be required to attend meetings at the office quarterly. This is a fast paced, high impact role requiring focus, attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience. Primary Responsibilities: Manage administrative duties of behavioral health QOC investigations Work with behavioral health hospitals, behavioral health outpatient clinics, behavioral health facilities, and the behavioral health QOC Clinical Analyst team to manage requests for medical records for QOC investigations Process incoming and outgoing requests for medical records and provider investigation responses which can be received by fax, email or hard copy (mail) which may require follow-up phone calls to providers Assist the behavioral health clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for QOC investigations and sending provider correspondence as needed You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of clerical OR administrative support experience within the healthcare OR health insurance industry Proficiency with Microsoft Word (ability to open, edit, save, and send documents) and Microsoft Excel (ability to work with multiple databases to retrieve and enter information) Experience working with multiple databases to efficiently retrieve, input, and maintain accurate information Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday.
