Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant will assist with the administrative functions of the office and/or location that they work in. Essential Job Functions Answer phones Greet guests and visitors File management and record keeping Update, post and distribute various agent and supervisor reports Maintain employee attendance and payroll records Maintain and publish periodic contest results Partner with Corporate HR to process new hire employment applications, and pre-employment screening Ensure all compliance posters are posted as directed by Corporate HR Maintain the employee communications and recognition bulletin board Schedule new hire training classes and start dates Scheduling employment interviews Order office supplies and work with vendors Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Requirements Minimum of High School diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Other Skills/Abilities Outgoing, upbeat personality Ability to multitask We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
