Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

Relativity is hiring two full-time Full Stack Developers to work alongside our Development Team on secure, mission-critical software for public safety, government, and military-focused customers.
We build modern applications involving secure data sharing, analytics, operational workflows, dashboards, and web-based tools for agencies that need reliable technology.
We are looking for high-upside developers with strong MERN stack ability, sharp problem-solving skills, and the drive to grow fast in a serious software environment.
This is not a role for someone who wants to coast, wait for perfect instructions, or be managed every step of the way. We want builders with high agency, technical curiosity, strong execution speed, and the ability to take ownership.
What We’re Looking For
MERN stack experience: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.jsJavaScript / TypeScript experienceAbility to work across frontend and backendStrong technical fundamentals and systems thinkingHigh ownership and ability to solve problems end-to-endFast learner with intellectual humilityClean, practical, maintainable coding habitsStrong attention to detailGrit under pressureInterest in public safety, government, military, or defense-style technologyAbility to understand the real-world operators who use the softwareConfidence to challenge assumptions and contribute ideasWe are open to candidates with roughly 1–5 years of real development experience. One role is better suited for a stronger mid-level developer who can bring technical depth. The other is better suited for an early-career developer who is hungry, capable, and ready to figure things out fast.
