We’re looking for for a LAMP web developer to join Reingold’s digital experience team. This role supports building and maintaining websites in WordPress and Drupal for commercial and federal contracts. As a LAMP web developer, you are a trusted technical adviser to our clients. You understand the complexity of their industries and have a passion for developing creative solutions to help them reach and influence their audiences. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA or one day per week on site at our Raleigh, NC office. Here’s the work you’ll do: Essential Functions: Develop and maintain websites and web applications using the LAMP stack, following the full software development lifecycle. Design, configure, test, implement, and support technical solutions that meet client and project requirements. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Work within digital experience’s agile frameworks and tools, including Jira and Confluence, to manage tasks and collaborate effectively. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including user experience, information architecture, and search engine optimization, to deliver cohesive digital products. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Present and demo newly implemented features to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Contribute creative ideas and a fresh perspective to continuously improve products and processes. This role is a good fit for someone with these qualifications, experience and skills: Required Qualifications: Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or similar web development field. Experience in creating and maintaining intermediate and advanced WooCommerce instances and integrations. 3+ years of experience working with PHP and customizing and extending both WordPress and Drupal, including hooks, filters, and content management system best practices. Fundamental front-end development experience using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Knowledge of code-versioning tools such as Git.. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with commonly used plugins such as WordPress Advanced Custom Fields and Drupal Storybook. Experience configuring hosting platforms, domains, etc. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Initiative, intellect, and reliability, plus strong stamina for learning new technology. Interest in exploring and applying AI tools and technologies to enhance development workflows and user experiences across web applications and CMS platforms. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have direct reports but will be expected to mentor teammates and to lead by example and influence. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support and execute key accounts payable functions, including processing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate data entry, managing payment preparations, and assisting with vendor inquiries. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Here’s the work you’ll do: Essential Functions: Process large volumes of data for our highest-profile clients. Enter invoices and reimbursement requests into our accounting system. Collaborate with project teams to support contract expense management. Reconcile credit card statements and ensure proper coding and cost segregation. Manage vendor records, including address changes, contact information, tax status, and preferred payment methods. Support annual 1099 preparation and filings. Support the vendor payment process and ensure that payments are issued in a timely manner. Work with project teams and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and issues. Reconcile various general ledger accounts on a monthly basis and notify the department lead of any discrepancies or changes required. Assist with issuing virtual credit cards to employees for internal and project-specific purchases. Perform other duties as required to support the Finance Department. We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and execute all processes of accounts payable, including accurate postings of vendor invoices, timely payments to vendors, and everything in between! This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Here’s the work you’ll do: Essential Functions: Oversee and manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice entry, approval workflows, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation. Oversee corporate credit card reconciliation and issue physical and virtual cards to employees for internal and project-specific expenses. Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve AP processes and implement best practices to enhance internal efficiencies. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements. Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close. Manage annual 1099 preparation and reporting. Document various AP processes for employee and department reference. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external AP inquiries. Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
