    The Non - CDL Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests using a van or commercial vehicle for 10 passengers or more, but less than 16 passengers, including the driver, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires prompt response to customer needs, professional communication, and a strong focus on safety and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. A valid Non- CDL driver's license and successful completion of a background check are required for this role 

    The Shuttle Driver works collaboratively with team members, the Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisors to ensure service excellence and adherence to company standards. 


    Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed. Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously. Proactively identify and assist guests in need of transportation services. Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations. Ensure proper use of safety equipment (seat belts, emergency kits, fire extinguishers, etc.) Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or dispatch instructions Adjust routes based on traffic, weather, or operational needs Communicate delays or changes to dispatch or management promptly Meet delivery or transport schedules while maintaining safety Ensure proper parking and security of vehicle when not in use Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times. Perform daily DOT vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns immediately. Report all accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management. Ensure full compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations. Ensure all required permits, licenses, and certifications are valid and up to date Accurately track and record passenger counts and complete required daily/shift reports. Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times.

    Position: Car Cleaner
    Shifts: 2pm-10:30pm (Flexible hours) - Must be able to work weekends
    Pay Rate: $20 an hour

    A sign on bonus of $250 is offered to anyone hired for the Car Cleaner position. It will be paid out after you have worked 4 full pay periods. To be eligible, you must still be employed by Republic Parking and be in good standing with the company. The payout is based on various factors including but not limited to individual performance and job attendance.

    This position will prepare returned rental vehicles and detail them to return to the customer rental area. This includes cleaning, washing, vacuuming, removing trash and sanitizing, filling gas tanks, and checking fluid levels and tire pressures. Other duties include inspecting for auto body damage and checking for dash warning lights. You may also be required to drive and park cars at our airport lot offsite locations as needed. This is an outdoor combination role, where you may be at our Quick Turn Around (QTA) location cleaning rental vehicles or at our off-site outside facility cleaning rental vehicles 


    Key ResponsibilitiesClean, sanitize and prepare vehicle interior per client standard operating procedures.   Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle exterior per client standard operating procedures.   Check vehicle exterior, windshield, and windows for damage report damage per standard operating procedures   Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth and convey reportable findings per standard operating procedures.   Check for customer items and place any found items in lost and found.   Verify registration is in the vehicle, current, and matches the vehicle license plate.   Check fluid levels and report any low levels/vehicle service lights to fleet maintenance.  Inspect the vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or safety concerns per standard operating procedures.  Ensures quality control hang tag is signed off on and visible for the public/final inspection.   Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report on any unsafe or hazardous conditions.  Escalating any equipment or supply concerns Manager or Supervisor to mitigate operational impacts.   Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available. Move vehicle out of the processing area or from station to station as necessary  May transport customers to and from other rental car facilities.

    The Lot Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, issuing tickets, completing car counts, and ensuring facility cleanliness. The Lot Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.

    The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering a high level of customer service. This role requires prompt, courteous, and caring interactions with all guests and timely responses to customer needs.     The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering a high level of customer service. This role requires prompt, courteous, and caring interactions with all guests and timely responses to customer needs. The Valet Attendant works collaboratively with team members, the Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure quality service, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards, as well as compliance with all applicable state and local laws.
    Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information via electronic devices Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and accurate tracking of vehicle location Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and document findings using electronic or manual ticketing systems Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing directions or assistance as needed Act as a professional brand ambassador by courteously interacting with guests, opening vehicle doors, and assisting with unloading and loading personal items Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic, positioning barricades, monitoring ramp or drive areas, and arranging towing services when required Request, collect, and accurately process applicable valet fees; assist with reconciling end‑of‑shift revenue and ticket distribution Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage or personal items when necessary Immediately report incidents, accidents, or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, clients, supervisors, and teammates at all times
