Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to work in the Cherry Hill, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 60 minutes for lunch. We offer a competitive salary, and excellent benefits package.
Job Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years Legal Administrative Assistant experience.
• Preferred candidates will have excellent typing and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Professional and Outlook.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Create, revise and format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents;
• Transcribe digital dictation; and
• Create interactive forms and edit PDFs in Adobe Professional.
