As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical services, training staff, and ensuring the ASC operates smoothly. Daily Responsibilities: Direct, staff, train, plan, organize, and delegate clinical services in the ASC daily. Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures in accordance with policies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation status. Collaborate with providers to select, train, and develop staff members. Establish a culture of teamwork among ASC staff and providers. Required Skills: Experience in ALL areas of Ambulatory Surgical Center and Care. Knowledge of Pain Management or Orthopedic procedures. Care Planning and Medication Administration skills. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associates. Ability to travel to All locations. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
