    3 12 Hour Shifts Paid as 40 Hours
    Regal Research & Mfg. Co.

    Regal Research & Mfg. Co. is a high-tech contract manufacturer focused on precision, problem-solving, and advanced fabrication. We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our weekend shift production team.

    This position works three 12-hour shifts on the weekend and is paid as a full 40-hour work week, offering full-time pay and benefits with extended time off during the week. Weekend shift employees are expected to work independently, maintain high standards, and keep production moving when weekday resources are limited.

    What You'll Do

    Operate fabrication and manufacturing equipment including punches, lasers, press brakes, CNC mills, and welding machinesUse inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and PCMMs to ensure quality and accuracyAssist with job setup and run production parts according to work instructionsFollow and help improve shop procedures, standard work, and housekeeping practicesWork with fixtures, tools, and jigs to support safe and efficient production

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning advanced manufacturing processes, and taking pride in doing things the right way.

    What You'll Do

    Operate a variety of fabrication equipment including punches, lasers, press brakes, CNC mills, and welding machinesUse inspection tools and equipment to ensure quality and accuracy, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, PCMMs, and similar toolsAssist with job setup and run production partsHelp develop, improve, and follow shop procedures to increase efficiency and consistencyWork with fixtures, tools, and jigs to support productionParticipate in new part introductions, process improvements, and continuous improvement efforts

    Comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic shop math, including trigonometryAbility to read and follow technical drawings and blueprintsBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office, file management, and data entryWillingness to split time between hands-on shop work and computer-based tasksAbility to lift up to 50 poundsMechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment

    Nice to Have, Not Required

    CAD experience such as SolidWorks or similar softwareCNC or programming experience including G-code or basic scriptingFamiliarity with 3D printing or advanced manufacturing technologiesIT or technical troubleshooting experience
