Regal Research & Mfg. Co. is a high-tech contract manufacturer focused on precision, problem-solving, and advanced fabrication. We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our weekend shift production team.
This position works three 12-hour shifts on the weekend and is paid as a full 40-hour work week, offering full-time pay and benefits with extended time off during the week. Weekend shift employees are expected to work independently, maintain high standards, and keep production moving when weekday resources are limited.
What You'll Do
Operate fabrication and manufacturing equipment including punches, lasers, press brakes, CNC mills, and welding machinesUse inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and PCMMs to ensure quality and accuracyAssist with job setup and run production parts according to work instructionsFollow and help improve shop procedures, standard work, and housekeeping practicesWork with fixtures, tools, and jigs to support safe and efficient productionHow We'll Get You Up to Speed
