    Essential Job Functions:

     Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts). Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF).  Ensure all products conform to the customer specifications as outlined in SAP system. Perform analysis on raw materials, finished batches, treated water and/or any other programmed outlines by the department. Conduct chemical and physical analysis on raw and intermediate processing materials including packaging materials and determine status of materials as acceptable or unacceptable. Evaluate finished products against current standards by performing audits to monitor all aspects of finished product and packaging integrity. Check process control parameters to assure proper equipment application and operation is being maintained by performing secure seal, closure torque, can seam checks, and/or any other requirements required by the customer or the company.  Stop any production which may be questionable in terms of Food Safety and immediately alert a member of the management team. Maintain accurate, legible records of all tests and retests performed. Complete all other required reports (work orders, action reports, etc.) in a timely manner.  Perform analytical tests required to qualify ingredient batches for production.  Perform production line checks at specified intervals. Ensure accurate test results by maintaining proper operation and calibration of laboratory equipment.  Maintain laboratory cleanliness at all times.  Report all out of specification results to designated leadership. Complete special projects and other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership.

    Summary Description:

    The North America Manufacturing Financial Analyst is responsible for the Refresco North America business inventory process and control activities. This role will report to the Manager of Inventory Controls for Supply Chain Finance and will support key inventory control and reporting processes to assist Plant Finance in effectively managing the plant’s inventory assets. This role provides opportunities to work in a dynamic and results-driven work environment and to build relationships with cross functional teams across the network.     Essential Functions:

    Key Accountabilities:

    Inventory Controls Management & Analysis   Responsible for supporting inventory control processes, assist with managing the cycle counting/annual physicals and support in management reporting.  This position will work with the senior financial analyst and manager to perform the following responsibilities: 

    Onboard new inventory control personnel to ensure strong inventory control skillsets to support the Refresco North America plant network.Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and processes. This includes plant assessments to validate control processes are in place and provide additional training as needed.Ensure newly acquired facilities are appropriately integrated for inventory control processes into the network. This includes training (on-site where practicable).Support coordinating and preparation for the annual physical inventory including required documentation and accuracy of validating inventory variance reconciliation for external & internal audit.Support coordinating and preparation for annual customer audits.Support inventory related system and process projects focused on continuous improvement.Support inventory and waste analysis to identify cost down opportunities actionable by plant management.Ensure policy compliance via monthly consolidation of plant KPI reporting to monitor inventory accuracy via cycle counting.Support adhoc inventory transactional research and troubleshooting to rectify issues and mitigate financial reporting concerns.Provide help desk inventory control support for network.Work cross functionally to review and update inventory control and reporting policies.

    Required Skills and Competencies:

    Ability to utilize SAP and Excel to navigate through large data sets and summarize findings with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Knowledge of supply chain or supply chain experience a plus.Effective written and oral communication skills.Ability to work cross functionally with adept people and process management skills.Self-starter with strong time management skills, task prioritization, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks with changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, concisely summarize ideas, and provide solutions.Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.

    Education and Experience:

    S. / B.A. degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or related experience.Manufacturing/Inventory and SAP experience highly desirable.Two or more years related work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment. Food related manufacturing a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    Physical Demands– Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature.Visual/Sensory – This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.Work environment – Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.Mental Stress – There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy or similar demands.

    Summary Description:

    The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance is a key member of the Refresco North America Operations and Supply Chain Finance leadership team and is responsible for leading financial planning, analytics, and reporting processes for the Refresco North America network to support improved cost management, cost reporting and EBITDA growth. This role is responsible for ensuring integrity and accuracy of the company’s monthly financial reporting and analysis to support optimal working capital management. This role partners with Supply Chain to support all aspects of financial budget and forecast, as well as Procurement, Plant Operations and Operations Finance teams to provide financially driven business guidance. This role also supports related Supply Chain and Operational systems enhancements, integrations, and supports the reporting, compliance and process integration for new acquisitions to ensure Refresco best practices are firmly embedded. These activities are all critical to executing the Company’s key strategic initiatives and while the needs and focus of the organization may fluctuate at any given moment, the weight of each of these responsibilities is equally shared. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain Finance.

    Key Accountabilities:
    Financial Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for cost visibility to Supply Chain Financials and underlying Inventory & Logistics cost drivers including but not limited to: Transfer Freight, Aged Inventory, Stock Movement, Dunnage, and Warehousing costs (Leases, Storage, Shuttles, Equipment and Labor). This position will be primarily responsible for but not limited to the following items: 
    • Educate, support, and drive compliance with supply chain processes for logistics and inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Lead development, consolidation, and presentation of all Supply Chain financial planning for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), 3+9, 8+4, 3YP and variances to weekly (LE) and monthly (S&OP) estimates
    • Provide insight to cross functional teams of the impact created from operational activities, changes in sales and operating plan (S&OP) and changes in sales and execution plan (S&OE), and variance analysis to key cost drivers impacting Supply Chain financials
    • Monitor North America Supply Chain KPI’s to ensure full cost visibility of financial impact, risks and opportunities from operational activities
    • Monitor and take corrective action relating to reconciliations and other accounts pertaining to inventory and freight
    • Serve as liaison with external pallet vendors for annual pallet audits, monitoring external vendor reporting to ensure accuracy, process compliance and adherence to contractual obligations
    • Support internal audit activities at plant locations as required and external audit activities for annual financial statement audit
    • Support SOX controls testing and audit activities as required to ensure compliance
    • Support full integration of financial reporting for new plants from acquisition to Refresco network

    Financial Process Improvements: Work cross-functionally assisting with process improvement projects. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to identify and recommend process improvements that will deliver financial benefits or mitigate financial risks for inventory and logistics activities.
    • Lead preparation of Board related materials to include full visibility to financial impacts of network leasing strategy to support improved cost and capital management.
    • Support Finance and Supply Chain projects on an adhoc basis including user acceptance testing, validation and documentation
    • Validate and test system changes pertaining to supply chain finance processes
    • Support Supply Chain business partners in identification, definition, and adherence to critical business processes impacting financials and ensures compliance with SOX controls
    Business Support & Documentation: Provide support to operational business partners for financial reporting, best practices, and system enhancements. This includes but is not limited to the following items.
    • Develop, maintain, and distribute process documentation
    • Troubleshoot Supply Chain reporting related issues

    Summary Description:

    The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance is a key member of the Refresco North America Operations and Supply Chain Finance leadership team and is responsible for leading financial planning, analytics, and reporting processes for the Refresco North America network to support improved cost management, cost reporting and EBITDA growth. This role is responsible for ensuring integrity and accuracy of the company’s monthly financial reporting and analysis to support optimal working capital management. This role partners with Supply Chain to support all aspects of financial budget and forecast, as well as Procurement, Plant Operations and Operations Finance teams to provide financially driven business guidance. This role also supports related Supply Chain and Operational systems enhancements, integrations, and supports the reporting, compliance and process integration for new acquisitions to ensure Refresco best practices are firmly embedded. These activities are all critical to executing the Company’s key strategic initiatives and while the needs and focus of the organization may fluctuate at any given moment, the weight of each of these responsibilities is equally shared. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain Finance.

    Key Accountabilities:
    Financial Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for cost visibility to Supply Chain Financials and underlying Inventory & Logistics cost drivers including but not limited to: Transfer Freight, Aged Inventory, Stock Movement, Dunnage, and Warehousing costs (Leases, Storage, Shuttles, Equipment and Labor). This position will be primarily responsible for but not limited to the following items: 
    • Educate, support, and drive compliance with supply chain processes for logistics and inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Lead development, consolidation, and presentation of all Supply Chain financial planning for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), 3+9, 8+4, 3YP and variances to weekly (LE) and monthly (S&OP) estimates
    • Provide insight to cross functional teams of the impact created from operational activities, changes in sales and operating plan (S&OP) and changes in sales and execution plan (S&OE), and variance analysis to key cost drivers impacting Supply Chain financials
    • Monitor North America Supply Chain KPI’s to ensure full cost visibility of financial impact, risks and opportunities from operational activities
    • Monitor and take corrective action relating to reconciliations and other accounts pertaining to inventory and freight
    • Serve as liaison with external pallet vendors for annual pallet audits, monitoring external vendor reporting to ensure accuracy, process compliance and adherence to contractual obligations
    • Support internal audit activities at plant locations as required and external audit activities for annual financial statement audit
    • Support SOX controls testing and audit activities as required to ensure compliance
    • Support full integration of financial reporting for new plants from acquisition to Refresco network

    Financial Process Improvements: Work cross-functionally assisting with process improvement projects. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to identify and recommend process improvements that will deliver financial benefits or mitigate financial risks for inventory and logistics activities.
    • Lead preparation of Board related materials to include full visibility to financial impacts of network leasing strategy to support improved cost and capital management.
    • Support Finance and Supply Chain projects on an adhoc basis including user acceptance testing, validation and documentation
    • Validate and test system changes pertaining to supply chain finance processes
    • Support Supply Chain business partners in identification, definition, and adherence to critical business processes impacting financials and ensures compliance with SOX controls
    Business Support & Documentation: Provide support to operational business partners for financial reporting, best practices, and system enhancements. This includes but is not limited to the following items.
    • Develop, maintain, and distribute process documentation
    • Troubleshoot Supply Chain reporting related issues
