    Essential Job Functions:

    • Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts)
    • Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF).
    • Ability to read, understand, and adhere to a production manufacturing schedule and communicate issues or deviations with the appropriate parties.
    • Maintain production flow on machinery by monitoring downstream and upstream issues, supplying raw materials to the equipment, and performing minor servicing if and when needed.
    • Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
    • Follow standard operating procedures to perform equipment changeovers; ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
    • Record all necessary information for production and quality records. Keep accurate downtime reports and documentation.
    • Responsible for performing equipment and general sanitation in your work area or as assigned by leadership.
    • Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
    • Ability to understand visual and auditory cues to identify production or machine related issues.
    • Perform minor machine maintenance.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by leadership including but not limited to cross training, general and plant sanitation, inventory management, training, etc.

    Position Description

    The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work to include developing, scheduling, optimizing, analyzing, and closure of work orders of all types. The incumbent should be highly organized and detail-oriented.

    Essential Functions:

    • Maintaining and responsibility for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
    • Manage the work order process to ensure a robust and thorough use of the system.
    • Track many activities and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
    • Optimize maintenance plans and schedules for predictive, preventive, routine, scheduled and emergency maintenance services to production, utility operations and infrastructure systems as necessary to provide for safe operations, regulatory compliance and equipment availability related to equipment and systems plant wide.
    • Coordinate work and work closely with planning and production on needed line downtime and prioritization of activties.
    • Collaborate with Spare Parts Coordinator to develop, implement and optimize kitting process.
    • Ensure all equipment in the plant is in the CMMS with all necessary PMs in place.
    • Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed on time and in full.
    • Improve current maintenance systems and monitor the processes.
    • Set up any new equipment PMs into the CMMS.
    • Track Maintenance KPIs and develop and execute improvement plans.
    • Develop and maintain robust and detailed PMs
    • Support continuous improvement activities and best practice reapplication between areas.
    • Effectively plan shut down time and utilize Plan, Do, Check, Act to improve.
    • Plan and schedule 3rd party maintenance and ensure activities are accurately reflected in CMMS.
    • Must be able to fill in as a backup for the Spare Parts Coordinator and Maintenance Supervisor as necessary.
    • Train maintenance staff to effectively utilize the CMMS.
    • Manages resources effectively to meet both deadlines/promise dates as well as financial and production targets.
    • Change agent and leader in the maintenance organization.
    • Adheres to company policies, procedures, GMPs, and SOPs.
    • Actively encourages coworkers to work safely.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Technical field (or equivalent experience) plus three (3) years experience in manufacturing, maintenance planning or inventory coordination. Strong maintenance program experience preferred.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.

    Position Description

    The Production Supervisor will drive production/manufacturing results through ownership and accountability; ensure budgeted performance is reached on all lines; meet line performance objectives including changeover objectives; maintain washouts to required timelines; limit downtime. This position will work with maintenance to ensure appropriate operations/maintenance "handshakes", PM program adherence, training/knowledge sharing; communicate and redirect maintenance efforts to meet quality and productivity goals. Develop and implement systems to improve production efficiencies that are sustainable and repeatable.

    Shift: 1:15pm - 10:15pm

    Essential Functions

    • Must constantly focus on improving line performance, limiting downtime, improving changeover time on all lines. Ensure mechanical knowledge is communicated to all techs and operators as needed.
    • Develop and deliver effective briefs, reports, meetings. Attend all inter-department meetings each day to coordinate plans, complete any required safety items, cross train employees, ensure GMP and SQF compliance, verify QC checks on running product, verify all line checks are being performed, and complete visual observation of running product.
    • Understand and know the short-term as well as long-range goals and targets for production and how they tie to the daily/weekly/monthly production plan.
    • Continual monitoring and updating of SOP's as needed.
    • Plan and execute effective line startups, ensure cleaning on all equipment is maintained, plan new product runs effectively.
    • Implement the Production Department training matrix to maintain an accurate record of employees in need of training. Document expert knowledge and develop training program around that information. Track effectiveness of training thru weekly evaluation form. Certify each employee has completed training and are fully qualified and periodically validate.
    • Lead meetings with employees at the end/beginning of a shift (debrief) communicating needed information for the business flow.
    • Lead on projects to include but not limited to capital improvements on production lines and support systems, new product runs, packaging or container changes to existing products, consumer complaint issue investigations, line issue investigations including six sigma tool uses.
    • Will also attend safety meetings and lead process improvement teams to generate ideas to improve efficiencies on the lines or any topic so designated.
    • Develop plant operations knowledge of the main support systems needed to run an effective plant. Knowledge of the major pieces of support equipment that are essential to running the plant and impact of problems with these systems.
    • Must communicate clearly with team what is expected and monitor performance and address inefficiencies thru coaching and positive motivation and/or formal disciplinary action, if required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    • Undergraduate Degree in an Engineering related field (or equivalent experience) plus four (4) years experience in a production and/or engineering environment required.
    • Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment required.
    • Previous experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred.
    • Previous leadership experience in an unionized environment preferred.

    Position-Specific Skills:

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
    • An understanding of operational electrical and mechanical systems is a plus. Troubleshooting and Lean Manufacturing experience required.
    • An understanding of SQF, responsibility for Food Safety /Food Quality and the responsibility to take action when notified or becomes aware of any Food Safety or Food Quality issue.
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized, detailed manner, given limited time frames.
    • Must be flexible to work alternate shifts if production needs allow.

    The Inventory Control Coordinator is directly accountable for the accurate control of Refresco's inventory. Techniques such as cycle counting and adjusting the inventory on a weekly basis, the elimination of production shortages, and the verification of inventory at any off-site locations will be aggressively pursued. This role also participates in all physical inventories, as well assists with the goods receipt function for the plant.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Perform cycle counts before and after production runs, as well as cycle counts for items on a predetermined SAP schedule.
    • Ensure accurate postings of daily production in SAP and ensure process orders are closed in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile finished goods production with inventory in SAP.
    • Ensure that all relevant paperwork and system input is completed for cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and monthly standard loss tracking.
    • Maintain and organize the filing of all necessary documents pertaining to inventory, which includes but is not limited to BOLs, Manual BOLs, Cycle Count Adjustments, destruction order paperwork, Supplier Claim paperwork, Vendor Return paperwork, Shipping paperwork, etc.
    • Trend and monitor inventory accuracy and standard loss factor variances.
    • Complete all reporting for co-pack customers (pay at production process)
    • Track and manage aging inventory using periodic data collection and reporting processes.
    • Weekly review of corporate Hold Log
    • Compile, process and track destruction requests including final disposal transportation.
    • Work with the Quality and Material Management departments to coordinate the final disposition of on-hold inventory; Ensure that all hold inventory is disposed of or sent back to suppliers in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate Year End Physical Inventory process, properly documenting and validating accuracy of variance reconciliation.
    • Adhere to the month end cutoff policy which includes validating that all receipts have been entered in SAP, inventory adjustments are finalized, system error COGI's have been cleared, MB5T transfer transactions are clear and/or in current process, destruction orders and vendor holds are in good standing.
    • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Plant Controller
    • Must be able to operate a forklift

    Required Skills and Competencies:

    • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and an attitude to excel at their work.

      Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Mechanic:

      • Effectively complete facility related preventive and proactive maintenance.
      • Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown while collaborating with other departments.
      • Prioritizes work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, tools and utility systems to minimize manufacturing downtime and completes all required paperwork and documentation in the appropriate systems.
      • Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.
      • Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
      • Analyze test results, error messages or information obtained from others to diagnose equipment problems.
      • Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards.
      • Support the facility's food safety and food quality programs to assure compliance and achieve desired results.
      • Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

      Education & Experience:

      • Three (3) plus years' experience in industrial facilities maintenance required, preferably experience with ammonia, plumbing, welding, electrical, machine tools and water and wastewater treatment.
      • Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical Skills Ramsay Assessment in order to be considered.

      Position-Specific Skills:

      • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
      • Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

      • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
      • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.
      • Must be able to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.

      • Full ownership of system architecture across all systems and products; understand business drivers and business capabilities (current and future state) and determine corresponding ERP solution architecture design and change requirements to drive targeted business outcomes.
      • Provide subject matter expertise and leading edge-thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques
      • Deliver a complete documentation library supporting the delivery of all enterprise applications to include configuration, functional, technical, process design, testing and other related documentation
      • Leads the development of ERP governance structure in support of the business and information technology strategies.
      • Manage all change occurring in enterprise applications through design review process, change activities control and production support monitoring
      • Deliver maximum system uptime by minimizing production issues and coordinating systems outages
      • Own the ongoing development and deployment of the Enterprise Applications roadmap based on business needs and emerging technology.
      • Ensure compliance with all ITGCs in every area of responsibility

      Skills/Qualifications:

      • Strategic thought leadership with a strong understanding of cross-functional business processes in a global organization.
      • Strong operational management experience in all aspects a large enterprise application team.
      • Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP applications (e.g., FICO, HANA, SD, MM, PP, PM, WM, Solution Manager, ABAP, BW, EDI, etc).
      • Experience with AWS or other cloud providers preferred.
      • Experience with S4 and/or professional certification preferred.
      • Experience managing VISA sponsorship process for team members.

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or another related field required
      • Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or another related field preferred
      • 10+ years leading cross functional and multi-discipline SAP teams
      • 10+ experience as a functional or technical resource for SAP
