    What Can You Expect This position has the ultimate responsibility for multiple projects and teams and or market sector(s) and "owns" it through the course of work from start to finish.Lead and manage a large signature project or several projects and project teams while achieving financial control and attaining profit goals for each project. Guide signature projects or multiple projects and teams operationally through each phase: Business Development, Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout, and Post-construction services/warranty.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.Train the current Project Management teams and develop their skills for growth.
