    SUMMARY

    SAILS Washington Vocational Services are furnished to people with disabilities under the supervision of a qualified individual with appropriate training and background. Time will be spent with a caseload of both, Community Inclusion and Individual Employment clients, giving support in the client's volunteer or work activities. Additional time will be spent documenting the activities, communicating with the Vocational Services Program Coordinator and completing other tasks as assigned by the Vocational Services Program Coordinator and Director.

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS Will support a case load of clients qualifying for Vocational and Community Inclusion services. Assists employers when needed in identifying, setting up and facilitating jobs for clients. Assists to identify clients' job interests. Provides job coaching and promotes career development support to improve job skills. Promotes and facilitates social integration between clients and other employees in collaboration with supervisors/managers. Provides career counseling as well as behavioral intervention for clients to enhance job performance and relationships with co-workers and customers. After 1:1 training is provided by the Program Manager or Director on Dayforce and Setworks, a proficient understanding of use must be shown within 90 days of hire. Maintain daily case notes and make sure time entered in Setwork matches time entered into Dayforce. Maintains a built out SetWorks completed schedule of a minimum of 2 weeks, reviewed by Program Coordinator and Vocational Services Director. Due no later than the 1st of each month for the 16th-30th/31st and the 15th for the 1st-15th of the following month. Maintains excellent communication with company managers, supervisors and employees to support positive outcomes and to resolve client performance problems or issues. Teaches work to clients at job sites using simple and repetitious training methods. Monitors client activity to ensure productivity, and completion of work assignments, and quality outcomes. Educate and assist clients with company policies and procedures. Regularly reports to Vocational Services Program Coordinator and Vocational Services Director to discuss clients' progress and any training concerns. Communicates with Vocational Services Program Coordinator, Vocational Services Director, care providers, and parents as appropriate, regarding any issues that may affect a client's employment. Communicates any concerns or updates to the provider and guardian of the clients. Participate in the client's planning team to develop goals, objectives, and natural support. Attend client PCSP meetings. Becomes familiar with the needs and limitations of assigned clients to ensure appropriateness. accommodations and effective client supervision. Notifies Program Coordinator and Vocational Services Director immediately of any problems with clients or employers to resolve issues in a timely manner and follow all mandatory reporting guidelines. Work with the Program Coordinator in preparing daily/weekly scheduled job duties for clients to ensure success. Documentation of client activities, progress, and support is required to be emailed weekly. Maintains general upkeep and maintenance of client files, goals, and sends reports to funding contacts as outlined in contract. Maintain regular and accurate mileage entries via company mileage app. Promotes vocational services in compliance with agency philosophy, policies and procedures, and in accordance with State licensing laws and regulations. Emphasizes good work ethics and appropriate performance in employment. Works with, and acts as a good example for clients at all times. Performs other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, home staff, and administrative staff. Demonstrates self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and meeting deadlines. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Proficiency in the use of computers. Completes and stays current on all SAILS training, certifications, documents and paperwork.     Summary:

    The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight and support of Supported Living Services within designated programs assigned to them. This role ensures that the individual supported are provided with safe, high-quality, and person-centered care in their residential settings. The Site Supervisor's primary duty is supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintaining regulatory compliance, training staff, managing labor hours, and ensuring that client needs and preferences are continuously met. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for managing and the oversight of the programs they are assigned to and services that are provided within the programs in accordance with state, federal, local regulations, standards of service and general quality of service to people served in these programs.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs, supervising assigned employees ensuring smooth and consistent support for clients in accordance with their plan (PCSP, IISP, FA/PBSP, HSP, etc.). Supervise, train, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices. Conduct staff Counseling and Corrective action including work improvement plans and follow-up. Serves as Positive role model and supports development of staff. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all clients by actively monitoring services, support, and home environments, ensuring staff follow agency procedures to promote optimum safety practices and promote a safe environment, promote optimum health care and behavior supports. Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage while staying within budgeted labor hours ensuring the support needs of the clients are achieved. Prepare and post schedules in a timely manner, that the schedules are posted for the following month by the 15th, and effectively utilize staff within their assigned hours. Follow scheduling blocks according to assigned schedules. Monitors labor hours and ensure assigned service sites are operating within budgetary guidelines. Ensures a safe work environment to minimize workers compensation injuries and financial expenditures. Responsible for timely reporting of all service site injuries and assists with the management of claims. Participate in the development and implementation of client Individual Instruction and Support Plans (IISPs); support with writing and updating plans as needed. Supervise staff interactions with persons served and support staff to promote the rights of the persons served to achieve enhanced quality of life, promote their physical, social, and psychological wellbeing. Promotes the individuality of persons served by ensuring the common living areas and bedrooms are individualized to reflect the personality of the person(s) who lives there. Follows policies and protocols for disposal, collection, and storage of medical waste. Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant Sails Washington policies, DDCS (Developmental Disabilities Community Services) requirements, and Washington State regulations. Conduct regular QA checks and client check-ins to ensure services are being delivered as planned and provide timely and appropriate feedback with staff. Observes the implementation of client's rights and coaches' staff on choice issues such as possessions, use of money, and church preferences. Communicate regularly with families, conservators, case managers, and other outside agency representatives as appropriate. Monitor and report incidents, complete follow-up documentation, and implement corrective actions when needed. Monitor and ensure staff maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including client files, staffing records, training logs, and compliance audits to ensure clients receive high quality service. Support with the onboarding of new DSPs and ongoing professional development of the team. Work in the program as direct care as scheduled and necessary. Respond to emergencies or staffing challenges and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Promptly report suspected child/dependent and adult abuse immediately to immediate supervisor within SAILS policy and ensure complete mandated reporting with applicable agency and state regulations governing the services for assigned locations. Participate as needed with investigations involving persons served and employees at assigned service sites with Behavior Services Program Managers. Ensure team members maintain confidentiality of client information at all times. Furthermore, all necessary consents, HIPAA forms, Notice of Privacy Practices, and other required paperwork are completed, in advance, prior to treatment and when collaborating with other healthcare providers, agencies, and community resources. Responsible for ensuring that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies. 'Mandated Reporter'. Responsible for overall health, safety, wellbeing, and quality of life for clients living in the homes supervised. Ensure all clients have needed personal care items, clothing, recreational items, entertainment equipment and access to preferred activities. Accept direction from various Residential Directors, Program Managers, and Residential Coordinators. Attend scheduled meetings with agencies and homes when needed. Attend inspections and unannounced visits from agencies. Oversees staff training and orientation in the assigned locations and work with the training department to ensure employees working in homes have completed or are scheduled to complete all needed training such as Nurse Delegation, Core Training, CPR/First Aid, 12 hours of continuing education annually, blood borne pathogens, mandatory reporting, abuse and neglect and other required training. Monitor and supervise Direct Support Staff to ensure that each client is receiving the necessary support to participate in the activities and achieve the goals established in their Support Plans. Monitor and supervise Direct Support Staff to ensure that clients' rights are being honored, and that opportunities for choices are being provided and encouraged. Monitor and supervise staff to ensure that clients' funds are managed to guarantee needs are met. Will review client's petty cash and receipts weekly for accuracy and proper usage of funds. Ensure that clients are provided with transportation for: medical appointments, therapies, work, school, activities, outings, and emergencies when they arise. Ensure overall quality of care, supervision, and safety of SAILS clients along with proper documentation to the company standards. Oversee, train, and provide progressive discipline to the Direct Support Staff with the assistance of the Assistant Area Director and Area Director. Communicate home repair needs to the appropriate landlord, maintenance provider or other appropriate persons in a timely manner and ensure needed repairs are completed quickly.     SUMMARY

    SAILS Washington Vocational Services are furnished to people with disabilities under the supervision of a qualified individual with appropriate training and background. Time will be spent with a caseload of both, Community Inclusion and Individual Employment clients, giving support in the client's volunteer or work activities. Additional time will be spent documenting the activities, communicating with the Vocational Services Program Coordinator and completing other tasks as assigned by the Vocational Services Program Coordinator and Director.

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS Will support a case load of clients qualifying for Vocational and Community Inclusion services. Assists employers when needed in identifying, setting up and facilitating jobs for clients. Assists to identify clients' job interests. Provides job coaching and promotes career development support to improve job skills. Promotes and facilitates social integration between clients and other employees in collaboration with supervisors/managers. Provides career counseling as well as behavioral intervention for clients to enhance job performance and relationships with co-workers and customers. After 1:1 training is provided by the Program Manager or Director on Dayforce and Setworks, a proficient understanding of use must be shown within 90 days of hire. Maintain daily case notes and make sure time entered in Setwork matches time entered into Dayforce. Maintains a built out SetWorks completed schedule of a minimum of 2 weeks, reviewed by Program Coordinator and Vocational Services Director. Due no later than the 1st of each month for the 16th-30th/31st and the 15th for the 1st-15th of the following month. Maintains excellent communication with company managers, supervisors and employees to support positive outcomes and to resolve client performance problems or issues. Teaches work to clients at job sites using simple and repetitious training methods. Monitors client activity to ensure productivity, and completion of work assignments, and quality outcomes. Educate and assist clients with company policies and procedures. Regularly reports to Vocational Services Program Coordinator and Vocational Services Director to discuss clients' progress and any training concerns. Communicates with Vocational Services Program Coordinator, Vocational Services Director, care providers, and parents as appropriate, regarding any issues that may affect a client's employment. Communicates any concerns or updates to the provider and guardian of the clients. Participate in the client's planning team to develop goals, objectives, and natural support. Attend client PCSP meetings. Becomes familiar with the needs and limitations of assigned clients to ensure appropriateness. accommodations and effective client supervision. Notifies Program Coordinator and Vocational Services Director immediately of any problems with clients or employers to resolve issues in a timely manner and follow all mandatory reporting guidelines. Work with the Program Coordinator in preparing daily/weekly scheduled job duties for clients to ensure success. Documentation of client activities, progress, and support is required to be emailed weekly. Maintains general upkeep and maintenance of client files, goals, and sends reports to funding contacts as outlined in contract. Maintain regular and accurate mileage entries via company mileage app. Promotes vocational services in compliance with agency philosophy, policies and procedures, and in accordance with State licensing laws and regulations. Emphasizes good work ethics and appropriate performance in employment. Works with, and acts as a good example for clients at all times. Performs other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, home staff, and administrative staff. Demonstrates self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and meeting deadlines. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Proficiency in the use of computers. Completes and stays current on all SAILS training, certifications, documents and paperwork.     Partner with Human Resources on disciplinary actions, hiring, and team development initiatives.
    Provide on-call leadership for behavioral incidents, staffing concerns, and medical emergencies.

    Conduct regular meetings with employees to share information and develop action plans
