    Qualifications

    Education & Certification (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
    Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
    Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of California.
    Board Certification
    Active DEA license transferable to California.
    BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
    Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid enrollment.
