The HVAC Brand/Product Manager helps meet company customer and revenue growth targets by keeping Northeastern Supply competitive and innovative in the HVAC market. This role maximizes sales potential for the American Standard and Mitsubishi equipment lines, crafting and justifying sales plans that expand the company's market share for these brands.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Program Management
› Work closely with American Standard and Mitsubishi Factory Representatives to design and support programs, setting plans and goals that maximize their efficiency and effectiveness under the direction of the HVAC Business Manager
› Design and implement a strategic business plan that grows market share for American Standard, Mitsubishi, and the Northeastern HVAC Department, aligned with company initiatives

Territory & Dealer Relationship Management

› Partner with the HVAC Business Manager and Territory Managers to build target lists and plans for new account and dealer acquisition; manage customer pricing situations to protect these goals
› Maintain regular contact with key American Standard and Mitsubishi dealers, Territory Managers, and the HVAC Business Manager; use visits and calls to assess the current state of key dealers
› Promote all American Standard and Mitsubishi programs and initiatives; attend trips and customer entertainment events as needed
Program Oversight & Administration
› Alongside the HVAC Business Manager and Marketing Manager, help oversee Customer Care, Ductless Pros, financing, dealer meetings, factory tours, and incentive rebate programs
› Keep up with all required paperwork and administrative tasks; manage expenses responsibly
› Assist the HVAC Business Manager with account assignment suggestions
› Build and maintain rapport with company customers regardless of assigned division, with the HVAC customer base as primary responsibility
