This is an in-person position at our Portland OfficeExpansive Sublocade Program (in addition to all other forms of MAT)Support Staff Including Front/Back Office, Dedicated Medical Assistants, Recovery Peers, as well as a full Behavioral Health DepartmentWill have internal access to full continuum of care including referral to our detox clinicPositive and collaborative work environmentIndividualized patient care with emphasis on harm-reductionSchedule:
Part-Time2-3 days a week (very flexible on hours) at both our SE Portland and Oak Grove locationsWednesday-Friday availability preferred (flexible)Compensation:
PA & NP -$75+/hr depending on experience and licensureMD - $125-$150/ hr depending on experienceIncludes 401k and up to 3% matching after 3 monthsMalpractice Insurance and credentialing support for all relevant payers provided by Recovery Works NWExperience:

POSITION SUMMARY
The CADCPosition willbe responsible fordelivering substance use disorderservices in an outpatientsetting.The substanceusedisorder counselor functions aspart of a treatment team including medical providers, mental healthproviders, other addictions counselors,peers/recoverymentors, and variousothersupport staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
