Currently we are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The Accounting Clerk will provide administrative accounting and clerical support of a complex nature for the accounting office.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience with:
accounts receivableaccounts payabledaily cash reconciliationsbasic bookkeepingAdvanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is required. High School Graduate/Equivalency or two years of similar experience is required; college degree is a plus. Salary will be based on experience.

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide administrative and clerical support of a complex nature in a busy residential treatment facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting Program Managers and Counselors with clients, collecting and posting payments in our EMR system, preparing reports and memos, and other tasks as needed
. The hours for this position are: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Two years of front office experience. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Excellent written and verbal skills. Medical transcription experience is a plus. High school diploma/GED required, college degree a plus. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours during times of business need. The salary will be based on experience.
