We focus on long-term empowerment, accountability, and family systems — not just abstinence. We are hiring a proactive, emotionally grounded Case Manager who can manage complex dynamics, hold firm boundaries, and build trust quickly. This is not entry-level case management. This role requires leadership, pattern recognition, and confident communication. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee each client’s full care ecosystem Create structure, accountability, and measurable action plans Identify and address behavioral and family patterns Communicate regularly with parents, partners, and providers Navigate resistance, denial, and emotionally charged situations Escalate level of care when clinically appropriate Attend weekly team calls and maintain documentation Qualifications 3+ years experience in addiction or behavioral health Strong communication and executive functioning skills Comfortable delivering difficult feedback respectfully Experience working with families preferred Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred Residential/PHP/IOP experience strongly preferred Personal recovery experience welcomed but not required.
