(In-Home Support – Mental Health & Addiction Recovery)

Recovery Consultants is hiring compassionate, reliable individuals to provide in-home recovery and mental health support as a Recovery Companion .
This is a non-clinical, one-on-one support role providing companionship, supervision, transportation, structure, and accountability for clients navigating addiction and mental health challenges.
We are not a gig platform. We are a mission-driven team committed to providing high-level, ethical, relationship-centered care.
What You’ll Do
Provide in-home supervision and supportive companionship Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy, recovery meetings, errands, and activities Support daily routines (meals, hygiene reminders, structure, planning) Observe clients taking prescribed medications (no administration) Reinforce accountability with scheduling and commitments Report safety concerns and respond appropriately in emergenciesWhat We’re Looking For
21+ years old Reliable transportation or comfort using public transportation/rideshare Strong emotional intelligence and professional communication skills Comfortable working inside clients’ homes Ability to work flexible or extended shifts Experience in Relapse PreventionWho Thrives Here
