We're hiring a friendly, motivated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our Orlando team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating with customers, and working in an energetic team environment. We provide paid training to help new team members learn our products, customer-service standards, and sales process.
Customer Service and Sales Associate Responsibilities: Speak with customers in person and provide friendly, professional serviceExplain available products, services, promotions, and account optionsAsk questions to understand each customer’s needsRecommend appropriate products or servicesAssist customers throughout the enrollment or purchasing processAnswer questions and resolve basic customer concernsMaintain accurate customer and sales informationWork toward individual and team sales goalsParticipate in paid training, coaching, and team meetingsRepresent the company and its clients professionallyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, dependable, and professional attitudeConfidence speaking with customers face to faceWillingness to learn and accept coachingAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityCustomer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to work on site in Orlando, FL
