Responsibilities:
Install and remove real estate sign posts at residential propertiesDeliver and set up open house materials (signs, riders, etc.)Ensure clean, professional placement of all signageCommunicate job completion through our scheduling systemMaintain a high level of customer service with agents and offices
Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs consistentlyMust have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting sign posts (truck, SUV, or van preferred)Valid driver’s license and insuranceSmartphone for job scheduling and updatesAbility to work independently and manage your own route efficiently
