Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify qualified agents through networking, referrals, and outbound outreachPresent and promote Realty One Group Legend to potential agentsGuide candidates through the full agent sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreementBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidatesCollaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with brand growth goalsMaintain accurate records of prospects and sales activityRequirements:
Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, talent acquisition, or recruitingStrong understanding of the real estate brokerage or franchise business modelExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to meet targetsExperience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline activityLocated in or able to commute to the Clifton, NJ areaSalary based on experience + commission and bonus pay
