    Position Overview

    We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our commercial real estate team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials, managing property marketing campaigns, and supporting brokers with listing presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, experience with production work, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

     Create and update property marketing materials including flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and signage.  Design and maintain marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.  Prepare print-ready and digital marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency and quality control.  Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials for listings, transactions, and company initiatives.  Assist with email marketing campaigns, social media content, and website updates.  Manage project timelines and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines.  Collaborate with brokers, administrative staff, and vendors to execute marketing projects.  Edit property photos and create compelling visual content for listings and promotional campaigns.  Maintain marketing databases, templates, and digital asset libraries. Qualifications

    Required

     2+ years of marketing, graphic design, or production experience.  Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.  Experience producing print and digital marketing materials from concept through final production.  Strong understanding of layout design, typography, branding, and print specifications.  Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Strong communication and organizational skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred

     Commercial real estate marketing experience.  Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat.  Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.  Familiarity with social media management and content creation. Desired Skills

     Creative problem-solving and design ability.  Strong project management skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.  High level of accuracy and organization. Compensation & Benefits
