Primary Responsibilities: Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified. Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor. Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order; stages inventory for shipment; loads trailers. Unload trailers; receives product, verifying accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS. Receives returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock. Trains other employees; maintains a clean and safe workspace; other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Previous forklift experience preferred. Basic Expectations: Ability to follow work instructions. Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform Maintain a valid power industrial truck license. Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process. Adhere with all company policies, procedures and trainings. Maintains a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisor. Completes all required records, reports, and forms in a neat, accurate and timely fashion. Seeks to always improve materials processes, product quality, and worker safety.
