Role Description This is a position for a highly capable, disciplined, and discreet individual who will serve as the principal Executive Assistant to REALM's Founder and CEO . The ideal candidate is a consummate professional - deeply committed to service and to maximizing the effectiveness of senior leadership. Based in our Nashville, TN headquarters , this role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, unwavering discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly across both professional and personal priorities at the highest level. Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in a high-trust, high-stakes operational support or executive assistant role. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and articulately with professionalism and discretion. Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with exacting attention to detail. Unwavering discretion and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines and competing priorities. Service-oriented contributor mindset - finds fulfillment in enabling others to operate at their best. Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
