    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Realign Counseling

At Realign Counseling, we believe healing happens through community, connection, and belonging—not through the individualistic lens that has shaped many Western models of care—and we intentionally seek clinicians with diverse identities, cultural backgrounds, lived experiences, and approaches to care. Our mission is to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and holistic mental health care that honors the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and community.

We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where clinicians from all backgrounds are valued and empowered. We actively work toward decolonizing mental health care by challenging traditional systems that have historically excluded marginalized communities and by integrating healing modalities that respect diverse cultural traditions and ways of knowing.
