️ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of aircraft detailers on-siteExecute and oversee high-quality detailing services, including:Exterior washing and brightworkWaxing and polishingInterior deep cleaning and sanitationEnsure all work meets RealClean’s strict quality and safety standards⭐Train, coach, and develop new and existing team membersMaintain professionalism when interacting with FBOs, crews, and aircraft ownersManage job timelines and ensure efficient, on-time completionUphold compliance with all safety procedures and environmental regulations⭐ What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in aircraft detailing, luxury automotive detailing, or similar hands-on tradeProven ability to lead a team and take ownership of resultsStrong attention to detail—no shortcuts, no missed spotsExperience with SOPs, following protocols and processesHigh level of integrity, accountability, and reliabilityProfessional demeanor with strong customer service instinctsPhysically capable of working outdoors and in varying conditionsWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekendsWhat Sets You Apart
