Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a chemistry-related or Material
Science field from a four-year college or university with 3 years or more related
experience in the Rubber, plastics compounding, or Coatings Industry; or
Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in a chemistry-related or Material Science field with five
or more years related experience and/or extensive training in the Rubber,

Be able to make batches of defined formulations with different kinds of mixers.
Be able to follow methodologies (ASTM and internal) to test different products (Adhesives and sealants) aligning with specific protocols.
Be able to align with safety protocols in the laboratory and woodshop when preparing specimens for testing
Follow the established procedures for the 5S program, by being part of the team and contributing to the success of the program
Follow the requirements (do's and not do’s) of the safety lab. (Safety First)
Be able to handle power tools (drills, different kinds of saws, routers, etc.)
Able to leverage our digital product development platform, using it in a daily basis, as a Batch & Task performer
Be an active player in cross-training and training the team across technologies
Being a role player on 5S and Lab Safety programs for Product Development
Establishing and keeping a good network and relationship with the team and other areas in the business
Capable of fabricating whatever is needed to test the product in application clinics or for customer demonstrations.
Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the digital platform
Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing—observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products

Job Summary
The Asset Protection Coordinator is responsible for monitoring security systems, investigating theft and fraud incidents, conducting facility audits, and supporting overall asset protection operations. This role helps maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring CCTV systems, access control systems, and responding to incidents involving employees, visitors, and retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and loss prevention concerns.
• Perform facility audits for safety, security, and insurance compliance.

Qualifications:
The Associate Application Engineer will support one or more of our Packaging segments our Bridgewater, NJ Technical Center with primary focus on Specialty Tapes & Labels.
The Application Engineer will assist in operation and demonstration of our pilot coater/laminator machines as well as support calibration and preventative maintenance of all equipment. The Engineer will also perform laboratory testing, analyze results, and issue reports for internal and external customers. Work may include support in defining the capabilities of product technologies, developing test procedures, optimizing product selection and investigating opportunities to improve product quality.
• BS ChE, Material Science, Chemistry, OR equivalent hands-on coating expertise in coatings/adhesive technology required.
• Mechanical / application equipment aptitude. Experience in web handling, coat weight variables, tension control, coating methods, and web drying strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years laboratory experience; experience in the Packaging industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex / difficult problems.

Responsibilities:
• Runs customer lab demonstrations using application equipment and/or pilot coater/laminators and support on-site customer visits. Ensure the efficient setup and production of material on assigned pilot coater/laminator.
• Runs and ensures laboratory, pilot, and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations as well as standardizes and develops new test methods. Responsible for coordinating pilot equipment changeovers, minor maintenance, and upkeep of pilot equipment.
• Completes Customer Lab Work Requests, technical reports and reporting within our technical database
• Completes lab work to support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action on product complaints
• Prepares internal reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department.
• Participates in report outs to customers as well as training of internal and external personnel in area of responsibility by supporting customer tours
• Directly communicates with the field Sales, Key Account Managers, Application Engineers or project team with the ability to communicate directly with customers
