    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. This position also includes being "on call" for our rental properties.Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system malfunctions, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.Perform regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues, and create reports of findings.Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.Perform basic welding, fabrication, and installation tasks as needed.Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, and conveyors.Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs performed.Rotate between on-call technicians on a calendar basis.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or trade certification preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance, with a wide array of skills.Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system malfunctions, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.If you are a self-starter with a wide range of maintenance skills and are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.     Position Overview


    The Controller is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting. This role is focused strictly on accounting and financial managementnot operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all financials, trust accounts, and reporting processes are clean, compliant, and dependable.

    Key Responsibilities


    Financial Reporting & Close


    Lead the monthly close process across all entities and propertiesPrepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately and on timeDeliver consistent, reliable financial reporting to ownershipTrust Accounting & Compliance


    Oversee all trust accounting functions (tenant funds, security deposits, owner funds)Ensure compliance with all applicable property management accounting standardsMaintain audit-ready records and documentationServe as point of contact for audits or financial reviewsGeneral Ledger Oversight


    Maintain accurate general ledger across multiple entitiesReview journal entries and ensure proper coding of all transactionsStandardize and maintain chart of accountsCash Management & Forecasting


    Monitor and report on company and trust cash positionsForecast cash flow and anticipate funding needsCoordinate owner distributions and reserve balancesA/P and A/R Oversight


    Oversee accounts payable and receivable processesEnsure accuracy in rent collections, vendor payments, and financial recordsIdentify and resolve discrepanciesSystems & Controls


    Maintain and improve accounting systems such as AppFolio and QuickBooksImplement and enforce internal financial controlsDocument and standardize accounting proceduresQualifications

    Position Overview


    The Exterior Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep and care of the exterior areas of multiple residential and commercial properties managed by Real Property Group. This includes routine groundskeeping, seasonal work, and assisting with exterior repairs or improvements.

    Key Responsibilities


    Maintain lawns, landscaping, and green spaces (mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, etc.)

    Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and exterior common areas

    Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow/ice removal, and salting

    Remove trash, debris, and bulk items from interior and exterior property areas

    Inspect grounds and report any damage, hazards, or needed repairs

    Assist with minor exterior repairs, fence/gate fixes, and pressure washing

    Maintain landscaping equipment and tools

    Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards

    Qualifications


    Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred

    Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, etc.

    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

    Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

    Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

    Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
