We’re looking for a Landscape Foreman or strong Crew Leader to help lead projects, coordinate crews, and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing landscape crew with installation projects (small and large scale)Perform plant counts for maintenance accountsCoordinate and oversee lawn & landscape schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)Track inventory for trucks, trailers, tools, and equipmentMonitor and schedule maintenance for vehicles and equipmentCommunicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and claritySupport overall field operations and team efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in landscape installation and jobsite coordinationStrong organizational and scheduling skillsKnowledge of plants and materials (nursery experience is a plus)Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing attention to detailReliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and leadership skillsBilingual- Spanish and English
