We’re hiring a dependable, friendly, and professional team member to join our growing real estate media company serving the Minneapolis area.
No real estate photography experience is required, we provide full training.
You’ll work directly with homeowners and real estate agents, capture listing media using our systems, and represent the company in the field.
What You’ll Do

Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every shoot
Collaborate with both local team members and offshore support staff
This is an active, field-based role where no two days look exactly the same.
Schedule & Availability
Approximately 10–30 hours per week depending on seasonality
Preferred availability: Thursday through Monday (5 days per week)
Open to discussing alternative schedules with the right candidate
Most appointments occur during standard daytime business hours
Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability are essential
Some days may involve significant driving between appointments
One of the best parts of this role is the flexibility and variety. You'll spend your days visiting different homes, meeting new people, and working independently while still being supported by a great team.
Compensation
Paid training provided at a fixed rate of $15/hour
Standard photo shoots: starting at $25 per unit
Each unit represents approximately 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time
Once FAA drone certified, compensation increases to $30 per unit
Additional pay available for video projects and specialty services
Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.30 per mile

This role can be physically demanding at times. Some days involve extended driving, multiple appointments, stairs, and carrying equipment. Candidates should be comfortable with an active, on-the-go work environment.
Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, property management, or other client-facing experience is a huge plus!

About the Role
We’re looking for a positive, coachable, and service-oriented team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and the surrounding Flathead Valley.
This is much more than a photography position.
You’ll represent our brand in the field while working directly with real estate agents, homeowners, builders, and business owners to create high-quality listing media and provide an exceptional client experience.

Must live within 30 miles of Kalispell, MT, including Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and surrounding areas.
