    Description Job Description Job Title: General Warehouse Clerk Department: All Depts. Reports to: Manager/Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary : Performs general office duties to support all facets of warehouse operations. Essential Functions : To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. Schedule inbound loads of customer product, production materials and supplies to facilitate production needs. Schedule inbound/outbound shipments to meet customer due dates and requirements. Assure accurate verification of all counts, quantities, and descriptions of products and materials shipped and received. Facilitate replenishment of product and materials to production lines as needed. Process shipping/receiving transactions timely, including production issues, transfers and returns. Transact inventory movements using inventory control system as needed. Assist Operations management Team as needed. Interact with customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner. Work with both internal and external Customers to meet productions goals. Work overtime as required. Perform other clerical duties as assigned, directed or requested. Average to above average skills using Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication. Assist with production planning as needed. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed. Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate information is being provided to Management. Accurately maintain documentation pertaining to shipping and receiving. Must be proficient in math. Qualifications : High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year of general warehouse office clerk experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and WMS systems. Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends. Drive retailer sales growth by delivering actionable insights that directly influence Walmart's merchandising, assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies. Build strategic partnerships with Walmart merchant teams, serving as their trusted category advisor for Line Reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions. Act as the analytic liaison to the customer. Deliver best-in-class dashboards tracking sales, market share, and business initiative impact; conduct deep-dive analyses on shopper behavior and basket patterns using household panel data. Perform ad hoc analysis with large data sets to call out and present key actionable insights. Advanced proficiency with the Circana syndicated data platform; advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations) is required.
