Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Escrow Assistant – Level 1 to support our Escrow Officers with residential & resale and refinance real estate transactions. This is an early-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the escrow industry.
What You’ll Do
Open new escrow files and enter data into escrow softwareOrder preliminary title reports, payoffs, and HOA statementsPrepare opening packages and assist buyer and sellers with any questionsReview of returned escrow packages for completenessPackage loan documents for funding and recordingMaintain organized and compliant escrow files
What We’re Looking For
Have 18 plus months of escrow software experience, RBJ/GreenFolders &/or Qualia experience helpful12– 18 months of consecutive and recent escrow experience preferred with processing of loan documentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment for multiple escrow units and learning new tasksProfessional communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office
