    Position Summary

    Riverbend Sandler Pools is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support our growing accounting team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting billing and collections, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

    The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and enter accounts payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely

    • Generate and send customer invoices for new pool construction and renovation projects

    • Collect payments and assist with customer account inquiries

    • Prepare and make bank deposits

    • Process check runs and ACH payments

    • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution

    • Provide customer service support, including responding to billing questions

    • Build and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel

    • Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Experience with accounting systems or ERP software is a plus

    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    Meet with clients and conduct initial consultation.Design and develop a pool/outdoor living renovation for client.Price project and prepare the presentation materials.Present the proposed project to the client in your office or at their home.

    OTHER ASPECTS OF YOUR ROLE:

    Actively pursues developing relationships with related businesses, such as landscapers and builders while establishing positive relationships for referrals.Participates in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.Utilize company and manufacturer-provided software including Microsoft Dynamics, NAV, Pool Studios, 3D designs and Auto CAD.Prepares a variety of status reports as needed, including activity, closings, follow up and adherence to goals.Work from our office at our Celina design studio headquartersNo overnight travel is required, though role will require some evenings and Saturdays per needs of client.Salary with commission for the first 3 months transitioning to a draw against sales commission with unlimited earningsThis is a W-2 position with benefits including: car allowance, cell phone, & life insurance, optional health, dental, & vision insurance, and 401K.
