    Position Summary


    The Database Sustainment Specialist I (DSS I) provides on-site support to Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) to maintain, update, and validate facility, room, and equipment data within the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support – Facility Management (DMLSS/LogiCole FM) system. The DSS I supports DHA facility management by ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with DHA standards, and consistent DMLSS/LogiCole FM utilization.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Maintain and update DMLSS/LogiCole FM facility, room, and system inventories, including Facility Inventory, Room Inventory, and Facility System Inventory modules.Populate and maintain required data fields in accordance with DHA policies and government-provided information.Support Work Request, Preventive Maintenance, and Project Management modules as directed.Assist with Regulatory Compliance / Joint Commission data entry and tracking within DMLSS/LogiCole FM.Support drawing and space management activities using DrawBase and integrated CAD tools.Participate in Facility Management Team meetings and coordinate with MTF staff.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in accordance with DHA guidance.Support room inventory validation and DHA-directed assessments.Maintain professional communication with Government personnel and adhere to security, access, and privacy requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma.Working proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with or willingness to learn DMLSS/LogiCole FM.Ability to work on-site full-time at assigned MTF.Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access and background checks.Two (2) years of DMLSS/LogiCole FM experience desirable but not mandatory.

    Position Summary

    RBCI is seeking a Inventory Lead Specialist to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with a broad range of supply chain and logistics functions in a warehouse environment. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Execute inventory management operations, including conducting physical and cyclic inventory counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and documenting findings in accordance with established procedures.Perform inventory audits and investigations using approved audit, causative research, and material pre‑adjustment methods to identify root causes of inventory variances and support corrective actions.Apply knowledge of inventory functions, operational requirements, and work methods to ensure accuracy, accountability, and integrity of inventory records.Utilize automated inventory or logistics systems to track inventory levels, record transactions, and support inventory adjustment processes.Demonstrate working knowledge of warehousing storage management plans and accepted warehousing methods to support efficient inventory storage and control.Support inventory operations impacted by material receiving, inspection, storage, handling, and movement activities.Operate material handling equipment to receive, store, move, and issue medical equipment, supplies, and furniture in support of inventory and warehouse operations.Apply knowledge of material support programs to ensure inventory accuracy and availability in support of operational requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory counts, audits, adjustments, and material movement.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management in support of inventory control and warehouse operations.

Knowledge of overall warehousing storage management plan and accepted warehousing methods. Knowledge of inventory functions, operations, program requirements and work methods.
