What You’ll Do as a Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)
As a Field Technician, you’ll:
Install, assemble, and modify containment systems that improve cooling efficiency in data centersPerform specialized cleaning and decontamination of equipment and areas to keep facilities running at peak performanceAssist with deliveries, organize materials, and maintain tools and equipmentFollow direction from supervisors to complete tasks safely, accurately, and on timeIdentify and report potential risks, always prioritizing safetyRepresent the company professionally with clients and team members
What We’re Looking For in a Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)
0–2 years of construction, technician, or trade experience (data center experience is a plus)U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizen, 18+ years oldReliable transportation to job sitesAble to pass a background check and drug screenComfortable working at heights, around noise, and in temperatures from 0–100°ree;F+Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the dayPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
Schedule & Pay for Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (overtime available)Full-time, on-site roleCompetitive hourly pay with overtime opportunitiesFull training, safety gear (PPE), and on-the-job mentorship provided

You’ll be part of a team handling materials, equipment, and logistics that keep critical facilities running smoothly.
No electrical experience required — just bring your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work with a team. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support
Move, organize, and stage equipment and materials (requires heavy lifting)Support decommissioning projects: removing cabinets, cabling, ladder racks, trays, servers, and related equipmentAssist with new build-outs: containment installations, row set-ups, conveyance systemsHelp with other projects like battery replacements and upgradesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)Ensure high standards of professionalism in a secure, critical environmentTravel to job sites as needed between in Northern VA and MD
What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Support
Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screenComfortable with heavy lifting and working on ladders (up to 10 ft)Strong attention to detail when working around sensitive equipmentProfessional, dependable, and a strong communicatorExperience in warehouses, construction, or data centers is a plus (not required)
