Rapid Restoration is hiring an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee water damage, fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation projects from start to finish. As we grow our trade area towards New York City, we are looking for a candidate that resides in Nassau County.
This role requires strong field management, insurance coordination, and Xactimate experience. You will manage jobs, crews, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with IICRC standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage water mitigation, fire damage, and mold remediation projectsDevelop and execute drying plans, demolition scopes, and remediation protocolsCoordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendorsCommunicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjustersPrepare and review Xactimate estimates, supplements, and job documentationTrack moisture readings, drying logs, and job progressEnsure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocolsMaintain job schedules, budgets, and quality controlParticipate in on-call rotation for emergency services (24/7 response)Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in restoration project management (water/fire/mold)Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediationProficiency in XactimateExperience working with insurance carriers and claims processValid drivers licenseStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)Experience with supplements and insurance negotiationsCompensation & Benefits
