We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager who can work well remotely and in our Downtown Los Angeles office to join Dolan Law. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of cases and contribute to our clients' recovery and success in a caring and community focused legal environment.
Qualifications:
6+ years Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experienceFluent in Spanish and EnglishCaring and compassionate to ClientsSkilled in writing and communicationSkilled with office tech (Microsoft Office Suite, CASEpeer, Adobe, Docusign, etc.)Articulate and politeHighly organized and detail oriented Job duties include:
Managing portfolio of complex Personal Injury Pre-litigation CasesConducting intakes and client interviewsMedical and Medicare reportingResolving property damage claimsMonitor, maintain, and direct client medical treatmentMaintain electronic case files in firm cloud server and CASEpeerMaintain frequent and quality communication with clientsDrafting demand lettersSettling injury claims
