    Randall Fire Protection is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Electrician with Low Voltage Controls experience to install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and control systems and related equipment on project throughout Central Florida.


    Position Summary

    The technician will ensure that all systems are functional, compliant with codes, and meet safety standards. This role requires experience in installing electrical conduit, wiring (Rough In) and understanding low voltage installation for fire alarm systems and controls (HVAC), excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining the safety of occupants and property.


    Essential Functions

    Installation of electrical conduits (EMT, FLEX, MC, RIGID,) Bending EMT Conduit, Installation of junction boxes, unistruts, conduit hangers and all related tasks for Rough In and pulling wires.
    Installation of enclosure, panel boxes/cabinets, raceways, etc.
    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    Maintain accurate records of work performed, assessment information (panels and devices brands and models).
    Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and building officials during installations or renovations.
    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations
    Installation of field devices for fire alarm and building automation systems related components (e.g., smoke detectors, pull stations, control panels, signaling devices, relays).
    Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
    Be able to identify preventive maintenance and service.
    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    Maintain accurate records of work performed, assessment information (panels and devices brands and models).
    Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and building officials during installations or renovations.
    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.

    Desired Qualification Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Fully fluent in English. (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
    Minimum 3 years (or formal education equivalent) of electrical experience (120v), installation (Rough in, Conduit installation (Bending EMT), Wiring).
    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    Controls installation and troubleshooting is a plus.
    Fire alarm installation and troubleshooting is a plus.
    Own and safely use hand and power tools and electrical tools (e.g. Drill, Impact, Multimeter, Hi/Low Voltage Detector, etc.)
    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    Good communication and customer service skills. You will be the face and voice of the company when working in the field.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks on the job site.
    OSHA 10 / 30 Certification (Is a plus, not required)


    Physical Requirements

    This is primarily a field or jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.

    Randall is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer / Detailer (BIM) to support large commercial construction projects from our headquarters in Apopka, FL. This role is responsible for electrical system layout, BIM modeling, and the production of coordinated, construction-ready drawings that support successful prefabrication and field execution. The ideal candidate combines technical electrical knowledge with strong BIM skills and thrives in a collaborative project environment.

    Position Summary

    This fully in-office position is responsible for taking Client / General Contractor provided drawings and creating flawless drawings of electrical systems and layouts. You will provide overall clash detection and create spool drawings for the prefabrication of large sections of the electrical systems to be installed on large-scale commercial new construction job sites.


    Essential Functions

    Design and detail electrical systems using Autodesk Revit for large commercial projects
    Develop coordinated BIM models, layout drawings, and electrical shop drawings for our Prefabrication Shop in accordance with NEC and local code requirements
    Perform electrical system layouts for power, lighting, and related systems based on contract documents and project requirements
    Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection trades
    Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using tools such as Navisworks
    Support constructability reviews, prefabrication efforts, and installation sequencing
    Maintain model and drawing accuracy throughout the construction lifecycle, including revisions from RFIs and field changes
    Ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC requirements, and local codes
    Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and field leadership


    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience as an Electrical Designer and/or Electrical BIM Detailer on commercial construction projects
    High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical)
    Complete understanding of NEC and an ability to quickly assess, confirm, and incorporate local electrical codes
    Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation practices
    Ability to interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents
    Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection workflows
    Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, or mission-critical projects
    Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
    Knowledge of electrical prefabrication and modular construction workflows will be a high plus
    Field experience or strong constructability awareness will be a plus
    Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others even under stressful deadlines situations.
    Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.
    Ability to think critically and draw from several resources (and interact with all levels of staff).

    Physical Requirements

    This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day.     Position Summary

    Our Carpenters / MultiTrade Craftspeople to manufacture our Bathroom Pods from framing to finish fit-out completion.

    Experience Required

    5+ years of experience in high-end new construction of renovation interiors. (Carpentry, Framing, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical, Fixtures)
    Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and basic OSHA rules
    Must be able to provide his own transportation to and from work.
    Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements

    Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
