    This person will be responsible for the corrective action process, the internal audit process, and the document control process.

    Responsibilities:

    · Maintain and revise Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions as necessary to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.

    · Facilitate review and disposition of updates to Quality Management System procedures and work instructions.

    · Train process owners of the QMS procedures and work instructions on the proper content and level of detail in each type of document to ensure consistency across the QMS.

    · Create, coordinate, and facilitate all internally issued corrective actions with assignees.

    · Assist manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams in determining effective corrective actions.

    · Verify completed corrective actions are effective in preventing the reoccurrence of the original problem and root causes.

    · Track status and issue monthly metrics for internal and external corrective actions for review by the management team.

    Perform internal audits and identify quality system improvements to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards.Assist Quality staff during QMS audits by customers and external auditors.Other duties as assigned or required within the Quality function to meet customer or business needs.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    · Experience working in a manufacturing company with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D accreditation.

    Experienced user of BPA or other Quality software that manages document control, non-conformance reports, and corrective action reports.

    · Experience performing root cause analysis using 5-Why, 8D Problem Solving, or Fishbone Diagram methods.

    · Experience with QMS audits performed by customers and external auditors.

    · Experience with QMS internal audits.

    · Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

    · Action-oriented and resilient, staying composed and focused under stress. Comfortable with ambiguity and change.

    Quality oriented and high attention to detail.Experienced user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)

    A Mechanical Engineer - Designs, develops, and improves mechanical systems and manufacturing processes to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability. In a manufacturing environment, they collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve technical issues, optimize equipment, and ensure products meet engineering and safety standards.

    Responsibilities:Develop, write, test (simulates), and optimize CNC programs of numeric controlled tooling machinery, by using CAD/CAM technology and methodology. Check completed programs by running simulations or tests on Vericut.Develop, determine, and describe the setups of the tooling machines (how to position and fix the workpiece and the tool in relation to the machine axes).Provide up-to-date CNC programs, posted code (manuscript), set-up documentation, and tooling information (tool list, tool offset values, etc.) for CNC machined operations.Lead a Manufacturing team for successful execution of a product through the shop (both preparedness and in process support of shop floor execution).     DESCRIPTION:

    To effectively support the overall plant quality system as well as working with suppliers and customers to meet company objectives for new product development and improvement of existing product lines. Effectively analyze problems and provide solutions internally and to our external customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Creation of quality documents and development of Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing.

    · Maintain and revise Quality Assurance Procedures and Instructions as necessary to assure ISO 9001 and AS9100 registration.

    · Perform internal audits and identify quality system improvements to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D).

    · Maintain product inspection control plans.

    · Identify and determine quality requirements necessary to meet customer needs and expectations.

    · Work closely with manufacturing staff to ensure quality protocols are followed and documentation is currently maintained. In addition, implement any new changes or adaptations based on a quality review.

    · Complete and submit First Article Inspection documents to customers.

    · Maintain and effectively apply knowledge of statistical process control concepts such as variation, control, and process capability.

    · Investigate non-conformances and assist manufacturing and engineering teams in determining effective corrective actions.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    · Required: Minimum 5 years of work experience in a quality function within a manufacturing environment. Combination of Engineering, Inspection and Document Control.

    · Preferred: Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar Engineering discipline.

    · Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100D

    · Knowledge in statistical process control concepts such as variation, stability, and process capability.

    · Experience in the metal cutting industry preferred.

    · Use of dimensional inspection tools and coordinate measurement machines.

    · Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Minitab, PC-DMIS, MeasurLink, Unipoint Quality modules

    · Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

    · Detail oriented and ability to multitask.

    · Time management skills. Ability to prioritize and work under strict timelines.
