Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Member to join our ranc's fam! Weekday afternoon/evening (shifts vary between 9:30am-10:306pm) and occasional weekend help is needed.
Team members are the face of Ranc's and play an integral role in our customer’s experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve ice cream and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Year round help is preferred, we do not hire only for the summer.

Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders from customersAnswer questions about the menu and preparationProvide accurate response for customer inquiriesCreate custom ice cream cakesEnter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiencyBus tables and wipe down surfacesMaintain a clean work environmentWork with fellow team members to ensure side tasks are being completed for the shiftQualifications:
Previous experience as a server is preferredFriendly and outgoing personalityExcellent communication skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs Familiarity with food safety guidelinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
