    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Rainbow Apparel is looking for a HR Workday Analyst to support and optimize our Workday HCM platform for a fast growing, multi‐location retail organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on configuration, problem solving, and partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to improve system functionality and data accuracy.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Configure and support Workday HCM and related modules (Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll preferred)Maintain business processes (BPF), security roles, and workflowsBuild and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR leadershipPerform data audits, EIB uploads, and release testingServe as the primary Workday support partner for corporate and field HR teams

     

    Qualifications:

    3–5+ years of experience in Workday / HRIS / HR OperationsCandidate will need to be on-site in Brooklyn, 5 days a weekHands-on Workday experience and strong HR function experience (not just user/support level)Strong Excel skills and attention to detailExperience supporting large, hourly or multi‐site workforces (retail a plus)Experience with multi-state compliance, including PTO accruals and leave policiesClear communicator who can translate business needs into system solutions

    Warehouse Operations Associate

    ·         Oversee the daily receipt of damaged and recall merchandise. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the receiving process and contact the correct department when unable to solve the problem.

    ·         Work with the Merchandising Department to insure that all RTVs are processed and prepared in a timely manner.

    ·         Contact vendors through email or by phone to schedule pick-ups for RTV merchandise as needed.

    ·         Confirm that all damages are returned to vendors via Fedex ground or vendors carrier daily/weekly.

    ·         Work with Inventory control to make sure that all damage/recall cartons that show delivering to Rainbow are processed in the system.

    ·         Insure that the re-hash department runs smoothly and assist in trouble shooting any problems that may arise.

     

    Requirements

    ·         Previously managed staff

    ·         Conversational Spanish a plus

    ·         Electric jack experience required

    ·         Computer literate, experience with AS400 a plus.

    ·         Managing digital messages, Outlook or Lotus Notes experience

    ·         Good communications skills and ability to learn &comprehend new information quickly

    ·         Must be highly organized to work in a fast paced atmosphere
