Description
The Bag staff is a 8–9 month seasonal position (includes school year) and candidates are expected to work a minimum of 4 days per week with at least one weekend day and 1-2 days during the school year. Additional hours may be required during tournament weeks. Members of our bag staff must have an adequate knowledge of the game of golf as well as value being part of a strong team-oriented culture. Our bag staff is also required to maintain a high level of quality appearance standards as you are interacting with all golfing members, as well as their guests.
Responsibilities
Assist the Head Professional, Assistant Professionals and Golf Shop Staff with the execution of all member events and golf outings.Communicate effectively with members and guests.Be available and visible to members and guests to provide exemplary service.Responsible for the cleaning and safe keeping of all members' golf clubs in storage.Golf cart cleanliness and light maintenance.Practice facility set up, cleanliness, and closing procedures.Skills

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift items over 20lbs, work in varying weather conditions, hear and speak clearly.

Position Overview: The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms. This role primarily involves cleaning golf shoes, performing light cleaning duties, and organizing lockers to ensure members and guests enjoy a pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and polish golf shoes for club members and guests.
· Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces within the locker room.
· Organize and tidy lockers, ensuring personal items are kept orderly and lost items are reported promptly.
· Restock supplies such as towels and toiletries as needed.
· Assist with member requests and provide excellent customer service.
· Report maintenance issues to the club’s building maintenance supervisor.
Qualifications:
· Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Previous experience in a private golf club or country club locker room setting.
Working Hours:
Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, as required by the club. 15-20 hours per week are expected.
Compensation:
$15.00/hour. Includes uniform, meal during shifts, and golf privileges per club policy.

Banquet servers at Railside provide excellent service to our guests for their special events, not limited to, but including corporate parties and meetings, member outings, and of course weddings. Banquet servers are responsible for providing friendly service to ensure our guests enjoy their event.
