    Job Summary:
    The General Manager is responsible for representing the brand by embodying the rag and bone culture, customer experience, and lifestyle. He/she is responsible for managing the operational execution of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving profitable top-line sales growth.     Responsibilities:
    Brand Experience Builds customer loyalty through in store experience Demonstrate product knowledge and ensure delivery of this knowledge to staff Ensure an elevated level of sales and services is practiced by all associates. Lead by example. Represents the brand and ensures team members are embodying the brand spirit in all interactions with customers and peers.     The Role

    Job Summary:  

    The purpose of this role is to support the Sr. Director, Retail Operations in overseeing the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a strong customer experience 

    Responsibilities: 

    Maintain and oversee compliance for company policies, procedures and standards 

    Manage and improve store systems, operational policies, and procedures 

    Train, coach, and manage store execution of operations tasks (i.e. POS procedures, return procedures, budget management, clienteling, inventory management, loss prevention, etc.)
