    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our estimating team as a Subcontractor Outreach Caller. This role is focused on making outbound calls to subcontractors throughout the day to gather interest, availability, and project-specific information, followed by accurate data entry into our internal spreadsheets and systems, as well as entering Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and various other admin duties. This is NOT a sales call position.

    Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound calls to subcontractors and suppliers to request bids, confirm scope, check availability, and follow up on outstanding quotesClearly communicate project details and bid requirements over the phoneAccurately document all call outcomes, pricing information, subcontractor responses, and notes in Google spreadsheets and company databasesMaintain organized records of subcontractor contacts, bid statuses, and communication historyAssist with basic follow-up emails when neededEnter Purchase Orders, Change Orders and any other duties the Project Manager and Estimators may needQualificationsStrong verbal communication skills and clear, professional phone presenceComfortable making repetitive outbound calls throughout the workdayExcellent attention to detail and data entry accuracyProficient in Google Sheet (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)Ability to work independently and stay focused in a structured, task-oriented environmentPrevious experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or construction-related administrative roles is a plus (but not required)Ideal Candidate You are organized, persistent, comfortable on the phone, and take pride in keeping information accurate and up-to-date. We specialize in ground-up construction, interior tenant build-outs, and restaurant projects, serving clients across more than 25 markets nationwide.

    About the Role
    This is a full-time, field-based position requiring 100% travel to project sites nationwide. As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate and manage day-to-day construction activities and tasksSchedule and supervise subcontractorsImplement and manage project administration requirementsCreate, update, and maintain project schedulesMeet or exceed established construction timelinesOversee quality control throughout the project lifecycleSchedule and coordinate all field inspectionsVerify that all work complies with contract documents, plans, and specificationsDefine, communicate, and enforce company standards for installations and finishesHandle estimating, contract negotiations, and purchasing for small project itemsQualifications
