POSITION SUMMARY: The Box Inductor is responsible for manually loading products, sorting products, and delivering products to distribution areas for packing and loading of products while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
· Check products for defects and accuracy.
· Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software.
· Organize packaging procedures to ensure the safety of the shipment.
· Ensure that serial and batch numbers match the product, filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Load, pack, and ship finished goods.
· Report and replace any defective item prior to packing.
· Load packages onto trucks.
· Use computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment.
· Use manual and electric pallet jackets as needed.
· Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier.
· Assist in other areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
· Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas.
Ensure that the warehouse is cleaned and maintained at all times.

You must have recent equipment operator experience and be skilled on the reach truck and cherry picker. The Equipment Operator is responsible for unloading trucks with incoming materials and moving materials to storage areas and between departments using a hand truck or powered industrial equipment such as a reach truck, order/cherry picker forklift. The Equipment Operator may also assist in storing materials in designated locations and performing periodic inventory of materials and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
