Administer nursing care both in and out of the Operating RoomPreop, Circulate, and Recover surgical patientsMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careEducate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention, pre and post operative careFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesMaintain accurate patient medical recordsProvide advice and emotional support to patients and their family membersCoordinate staff breaksEnsure facility equipment checks are completed.Evaluates nurses and ancillary staff actions to ensure optimal patient care and safetyChecks facility for safety issues, participates in QUAPI programsTrains and educates staff membersMaintaining inventory, stocking, and ordering*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Qualifications:
