Radiance Massage and Bodywork is a friendly, professional massage clinic that focuses on therapeutic, results-based care. We collaborate with health insurance providers to help clients manage pain, recover from injuries, and enhance their mobility and overall well-being.
We are growing and looking for caring massage therapists to join our team—including new or recently licensed therapists.

About the Role
This position is different from a typical spa job—but you don’t need prior medical massage experience to apply.
We understand that many therapists are just starting out. That’s why we provide hands-on guidance and training in:
Medical massage techniquesWriting SOAP notesWorking with insurance-based clientsTreatment planningProfessional client communication
Our goal is to help you build confidence and develop into a skilled, well-rounded therapist.
This is a W-2 position within a structured, professional clinic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing therapeutic massage focused on helping clients feel betterWorking with clients who are using health insurance for treatmentLearning how to create simple, effective treatment plansUsing techniques such as:Deep tissue massageMyofascial releaseTrigger point therapyAssisted stretchingCupping and other helpful methodsCompleting basic SOAP notes (we will teach you how)Communicating kindly and professionally with clientsKeeping your treatment room clean and comfortableHelping with light cleaning around the clinicWashing and folding linens used during sessions
To support quality care and reduce burnout, all appointments are scheduled with a 15-minute gap between clients for notes, cleanup, and reset time.
We work as a team, so everyone helps keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming.
