Role Summary:
The Safety & Security Manager is a key leadership position reporting to the Regional, Global Safety and Security. The position is responsible for the oversight, supervision and management of programs, corporate policies, environmental, health, safety, security and emergency response operations. In addition, the Safety & Security Manager works in concert with the local leadership team to drive the Safety and Security Mission, Purpose & Measurable Success Criteria and takes the lead in accomplishing the Radial Safety & Security goals and objectives at his/her given location(s).
Responsibilities:
Lead all Safety & Security staff in their performance of security operations and environmental health and safety tasks while utilizing sound judgment in day-to-day execution. Regular interaction with senior and peer leadership within the Safety & Security organizational structure and business partners to ensure compliance with Safety & Security policies, identify anomalies, develop solutions and always maintain clear lines of communications to relevant parties. Ensure full compliance and uniformity to corporate policies and procedures, as well as meets or exceeds audits/regulations compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Serve as a conduit between local management and corporate Safety & Security senior leadership to maintain global policies in tandem with local site-specific considerations. Foster teamwork and a positive working environment to deliver the highest levels of customer service, professionalism and competency. Maintain situational awareness of natural and man-made events which could potentially compromise the safety and security of personnel, business operations and the critical infrastructure. Evaluate the performance of third-party staff. Ensure mandatory, general and client-specific training is conducted and the highest level of competency maintained. Understand fundamental concepts of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Response and the Incident Command system; Participate, lead and maintain local emergency action plans. Manage site level emergency programs including; maintaining required documentation and administration of Emergency Response and Building Evacuation Teams (ERT & BET) Establish working relationships with outside community stakeholders including law enforcement and local fire departments. Ensure the accurate reporting and recording of all incidents and issues, especially anomalies. Personally conduct (or delegate), the Safety & Security segment of New Hire Orientation in conjunction with Human Resources, to ensure each new employee understands their role in providing a safe and secure environment. Implement asset protection measures to ensure the highest level of protection for company and client assets. Conduct safety inspections and audits to minimize workplace hazards. Understand and be able to implement OSHA required standards. Establish a relationship of trust with local Human Resources regarding safety aspects of employees in addition to investigations, workplace violence prevention and education. Where needed, travel will be required to support global operations and promote interoperability of functions. Promote and lead implementation of the employee health and safety programs to ensure assigned locations conform to government safety and health regulations including the proper reporting of injuries, illness and safety hazards, while establishing the health and safety program locally. Liaise with staff, participate in meetings and partner with third-party security representatives to ensure proper utilization and execution of contract security programs. Provide budgetary inputs and assist the Sr. Director of Global Safety and Security in the efficient management of allocated site budget. Manage other vendor relationships and perform other duties and special project functions as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred / HS Degree or GED required. Experience working with process improvement ideologies, e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar / Six Sigma certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive Safety and Security operations with experience leading people. Experience in creating productivity improvement through continuous improvement efforts. Execution focused. Ability to be flexible. Awareness of internal customer requirements. Ability to analyze data and identify defects and root cause analysis. Identify process opportunities to create growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and or enhance quality control procedures. Must demonstrate capacity to learn all operational functions. Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate direct reports. Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and upper management. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Excel. Must have intermediate math skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs.Travel:

Role Summary:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) will serve as a single point of contact for Radial clients. Wave Planner
The Fulfillment Wave Planner uses the FC Warehouse Management System (WMS) to distribute work across the available labor pool in the FFC, in the most efficient manner possible. The inflow (client orders) and release of 'picks' is distributed across the physical FFC and the process path (single, multi, ship alone) using software, mathematical computation, and continuous communication in a dynamic environment.

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Tech II is responsible for performing, with minimal guidance, audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components within the Fulfillment Center. The Maintenance Tech II represents and follows outlined company guidelines for general work practices and performs assigned duties in accordance with proper safe work practices. The Maintenance Tech II takes initiative to coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the safe and satisfactory completion of all tasks. The Maintenance Tech II will assist the Maintenance Tech III with the product flow and operational goals to effectively support the Fulfillment Operations.
Responsibilities:
Assists other technicians and/or mechanics in the repair and maintenance of equipment, diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.Responsible for performing, independently or with minimal guidance, audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components within the Fulfillment Center.Must have experience with 3 phase systems up to 480VAC including repair, installation and maintenance.Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment according to safety and quality procedures.Provides resolutions to mechanical, technical/controls issues.Troubleshoots and repairs key components for the Fulfillment CenterParticipates in cleaning the conveyor systems and maintenance area as appropriateCompletes work orders, other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures.Working at heights of 40ft or more will be required.Assists with maintaining inventory of company supplied tools.Must be willing and able to be certified on powered industrial equipment.Performs general facility maintenance such as light bulb replacement, office furniture relocation, plumbing, electrical repairs, etc.Other duties as instructed by supervision/management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Role Summary:
The Maintenance Tech II is responsible for performing, with minimal guidance, audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components within the Fulfillment Center. The Maintenance Tech II represents and follows outlined company guidelines for general work practices and performs assigned duties in accordance with proper safe work practices. The Maintenance Tech II takes initiative to coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the safe and satisfactory completion of all tasks. The Maintenance Tech II will assist the Maintenance Tech III with the product flow and operational goals to effectively support the Fulfillment Operations.
Responsibilities:
Assists other technicians and/or mechanics in the repair and maintenance of equipment, diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools. Responsible for performing, independently or with minimal guidance, audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components within the Fulfillment Center. Must have experience with 3 phase systems up to 480VAC including repair, installation and maintenance. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment according to safety and quality procedures. Provides resolutions to mechanical, technical/controls issues. Troubleshoots and repairs key components for the Fulfillment Center Participates in cleaning the conveyor systems and maintenance area as appropriate Completes work orders, other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures. Working at heights of 40ft or more will be required. Assists with maintaining inventory of company supplied tools. Must be willing and able to be certified on powered industrial equipment. Performs general facility maintenance such as light bulb replacement, office furniture relocation, plumbing, electrical repairs, etc. Other duties as instructed by supervision/management.Qualifications:

Recommend and implement improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contribution. Implement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivity. Lead fulfillment special projects, as needed. Accountable for achieving production objectives. Monitor all production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the department operation. Reinforce policy and procedure compliance. Participates in the recruiting and selection process. Conducts performance reviews and implements corrective action as appropriate. Implementing performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Interacts with peers and related staff across all departments on the implementation of fulfillment strategies.
Qualifications:
Prior experience preferred working in eCommerce, cross dock, distribution environment highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams to be successful and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
